Orders placed weekdays before 1pm US Eastern Time are shipped the same day, orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are shipped the following business day. We ship from Boston, MA. Please note that all time estimates are business days.

Shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.

Myrqvist does not cover VAT and additional fees.

 

Uncollected parcels

If the customer fails to collect the sent items and Pera Club receives the package in return due to a customer error, a fee of $39 is charged if Pera Club is to send the package again.

 

Exchanges & Returns

Returns - USA

If you wish to exchange or return your order, please email us contact@pera.club You can submit your request and receive a shipping label for you to send back your order free of charge.

Returns - Outside of the USA

If you wish to exchange or return your order, please email us contact@pera.club,
You can submit your request and then receive instructions to return. We do not cover shipping for returns and exchanges outside of the USA.

Exchanges - USA

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us contact@pera.club,
You will receive a return label to ship back your original order.

Shortly after, a store credit will be sent by email so you can place a new order, that way there is no need to wait for the original return to reach us.

Exchanges - Outside of the USA

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us contact@pera.club. You can then place a new order for your exchange. We will refund your first order once we have received and handled the return.

Exchange & Return Policy

You can exchange items 28 days after receiving your order. You can return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order, returns and exchanges are free of charge*.

Orders placed between the 1st and 23rd of December have an extended return window, and can be returned up until the 31st of January.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging without damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

* Please note that the free return policy does not apply for discounted items. For items on sale, an administrative fee of $39 will be deducted from your refunded total.

** Orders placed during our Black Week Sale have a shortened return window, and can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please Note

Please be observant when trying on bought socks and make sure you try them on a soft and smooth surface, preferably a soft carpet. If the socks have marks and scratches on the sole or too visible creases on the upper part they will not be eligible for a return.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchanged or returned.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged during transport. If the socks box is damaged we reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee.

Payment

All payments are secure and encrypted through the service provider.

Card

The purchase amount will be charged to your card once your order has been placed, payment is handled by Shopify Payments.

Klarna

You can choose to pay with invoice through Klarna up to 30 days in arrears without any fees or to split your payment. Klarna is then responsible to send out your invoice and can take out a fee if your payment is not paid on or before the due date.

PayPal

You can pay by card or with your account balance. These payments are then handled and secured by PayPal.
